The Green Living Technologies planted in place extensive green roof system still utilizes our interlocking ultra lightweight green roof panels for a simple installation process. The only difference is the growth media and plants are applied on the roof.

The planted in place extensive system can be light weight depending on the depth of the growth media. Although less expensive and can install immediately without the wait of a pre-grown system, the drawback is a longer establishment time equating to higher maintenance costs and increased water usage upon establishment.
